Food Uses
Natamycin is a natural, broad-spectrum, safe and efficient filamentous fungi such as yeast and mold inhibitors, it can not only inhibit the fungi, but also to prevent the production of mycotoxins. Medical purposes
Natamycin is used to treat fungal infections, including Candida, Aspergillus, Fusarium, also used as eye drops or oral agents, in these applications, the human body to absorb less of natamycin.
